How to Request Account Deletion

Users may request deletion of their Biome Aura account at any time by emailing:

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Please include your registered email address and username (if applicable) to help us process your request efficiently.

What Data Is Deleted

When your account deletion request is processed, the following data will be permanently removed:

• User profile information
  
  

• Account credentials
  
  

• User-generated content
  
  

Data Retention

Some data may be retained temporarily for legal, security, or regulatory reasons.
Any retained data is securely stored and not used for marketing or analytics purposes.

Deletion Timeframe

Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7–14 business days from the date of request.
