These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Biome mobile application and related services (the “Services”). By downloading, accessing, or using Biome, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. Definitions

• “Biome” / “App”: the Biome mobile application and related services.
  
  

• “Company” / “we” / “us” / “our”: Genesis Tech Solution.
  
  

• “User” / “you”: any person accessing or using Biome.
  
  

• “Content”: text, images, audio, videos, messages, posts, comments, and any other materials shared through Biome.
  
  

• “User-Generated Content (UGC)”: Content created or uploaded by users.
  
  

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age in your country) to use Biome. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration & Security

To access some features, you may need to create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  
  

• Keep your login credentials secure.
  
  

• Be responsible for all activity under your account.
  
  

We may suspend or terminate accounts involved in suspicious activity or policy violations.

4. User-Generated Content (UGC)

You are responsible for all content you post or share on Biome. By posting UGC, you confirm that:

• You own it or have permission to use it.
  
  

• It does not violate any laws or third-party rights.
  
  

• It does not contain harmful, abusive, obscene, or misleading material.
  
  

We do not claim ownership over your UGC, but you grant Biome a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, display, and distribute your content only for operating and improving the Services.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Post illegal, hateful, abusive, pornographic, violent, or harassing content.
  
  

• Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity.
  
  

• Upload viruses, malware, or attempt to hack/disable the App.
  
  

• Collect data from other users without permission.
  
  

• Use Biome for scams, fraud, or unlawful purposes.
  
  

• Violate any platform rules, including Apple and Google Play guidelines.
  
  

6. Content Moderation & Enforcement

For community safety, Biome may:

• Remove or restrict content that violates these Terms.
  
  

• Suspend, block, or terminate accounts involved in violations.
  
  

• Use automated and/or manual review systems.
  
  

• Allow users to report or block other users.
  
  

7. Third-Party Services

Biome may contain links or integrations with third-party services (such as login providers or external websites). We are not responsible for third-party content, services, or privacy practices.

8. Intellectual Property

All app design, branding, logos, code, and features belong to Genesis Tech Solution or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of Biome without written permission.

9. Disclaimers

Biome is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:

• uninterrupted or error-free service,
  
  

• that content will always be available,
  
  

• or that the App will meet all expectations.
  
  

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, Genesis Tech Solution is not liable for:

• loss of data, profits, or reputation,
  
  

• indirect or consequential damages,
  
  

• user-generated content or user conduct.
  
  

11. Termination

You may stop using Biome anytime or delete your account.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or if required for safety/legal reasons.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on biome-aura.com with a new effective date. By continuing to use Biome after changes, you accept the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and disputes will be handled in Malaysian courts unless otherwise required by applicable law.
